It is the cheapest solution as the pump uses silica sand instead of a traditional filter cartridge. While traditional cartridges must be replaced every 2 weeks, silica sand lasts up to 3 years.

Sand will trap dirt and debris, but a pre-filter filter basket collects bigger things so that the pump lasts longer

The filter also comes with the ChemConnect TM dispenser, which keeps clean and healthy water providing a stable level of chlorine that is evenly dispersed throughout the pool.

This bestway filter pump is compatible with most outdoor pools from the ground 1.100-66.600 L, as it is supplied with a pool valve adapter with an external diameter of 3.8 cm (1.5 in).

Sand is not included with this filter - the size of the sand required is silica sand no. 20, 0,45-0,85 mm, about 36 kg
