For orders with an amount greater than € 80 shipping is free
For orders less than that amountthe Contribution of Transport Expenditure applies only once, to the individual order, regardless of the number of products purchased. INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS ON RECESS RIGHT
The right of withdrawal is governed by law if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT reference) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The purchased goods must be substantially INTEGRO in all its parts with its original packaging/box, and where necessary, not having recorded the product for activation WARNING.
In order to exercise this right, the customer must send us a notice in this regard, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods ordered with return costs to the sender. After 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods the shipment for the return will be charged to the customer as from DDL. 206/2005
Upon arrival at our warehouses, the goods will be examined by our operator to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned property is essential for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend maximum attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging
Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal:
Open return practice directly in the Customer area or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the declaration of wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:
- Order reference code
- Which products must be withdrawn
- Photos of what received
- Tax receipt
- Problem detected
Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service that authorizes the return with relative confirmation of shipment. Received such communication our Customer Service will send prepaid return label with return of the goods to be delivered to post offices

EXCLUSATION OF THE RIGHT OF RECESS
The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to Contracts concluded with Customers having VAT and for bookings made through the site, but with purchase at the point of sale referred to in article 1.4 of the conditions of sale.
IGLM Electronic undertakes to refund the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods by providing the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice, directly on the same payment method used for the purchase. All products sold by I.G.L.M. Electronic Srl through https://www.iglm.store/en/ are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and 24 months warranty for compliance defects, according to DL 24/02.
In order to benefit from the warranty service, the Customer must retain the tax receipt (or invoice) that will receive in the package, annexed to the purchased product. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods described in the documentation present within the product packaging.
