Ricoh's flagship THETA Z1 51GB 360° camera delivers high-quality 360° images in a compact, easy-to-use form and now features an increased internal flash drive capacity of 51GB. Using two 1" back-illuminated CMOS sensors and a revamped processing algorithm, THETA Z1 provides highly realistic spherical images with improved noise reduction and low-light performance. THETA Z1 51GB can record or stream video up to 4K or capture 23MP raw photos and/or JPEGs. The THETA Z1's dual 23MP sensors and dual lenses capture two wide-angle images and automatically stitch them into one complete image. Automatic DR (dynamic range) compensation helps reduce blurring blurs highlights and increases detail in shadow areas. Its lens system offers selectable f/2.1, f/3.5 and f/5.6 apertures to increase depth of field and resolution. The optical system also features reduced ghosting, fringing and flare for more accurate image reproduction.
