If you activate subject detection while shooting with manual focus (MF), the Z f camera recognizes the subject and automatically moves the focus point on it. It saves valuable time for shooting portraits of people, animals or birds, as the camera will move the focus on the face or eye of the subject. This way you can focus on the composition. Subject detection in the MF mode works with both the viewfinder and monitor. You can also use it for shooting with vintage F-mount lenses.

Variable angle monitor with full rotation
