The Gourmet SOUS-VIDE is a bathtub (in ABS or stainless steel thermo-resistant plastic) that allows perfect cooking of vacuum packed foods. The INOX grid placed on the bottom of the appliance repairs the heating resistance from the bag immersed in the water.
You will cook all kinds of food, from meat, fish, even vegetables and fruits, all vacuumed and at a constant temperature: the resistance fixed on the bottom allows you to keep the Gourmet SOUS-VIDE water at a homogeneous temperature throughout the volume of the tank.
