The pan is equipped with a handy bridge locking mechanism with flexible cover and 4 safety systems: - a main operating valve on the lid; - two safety valves tested in independent laboratories of a well-known austrian group; - a locking pin of the cover when the pot is under pressure.
Thanks to the airtight lid the pot retains the steam produced by the heating of the water, increasing the internal pressure and significantly shortening the cooking time: this saves time and energy and preserves the nutritional properties of food. Steam cooking also respects the environment because it saves gas or electricity both to bring water to boiling and to keep it in that state.
Long-lasting steel, extremely durable and totally safe; the pot has been subjected to resistance tests for homologation, carried out at pressures up to 5 BARs.
The pot can be safely washed in the dishwasher; it is recommended to wash with suitable detergents avoiding products based on chlorine and bleaching and not to use abrasive cloths or metal flakes; dry thoroughly after washing; for the lid it is advisable to hand washing.
